COOKIES POLICY

  1. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  2. The entity that places cookies on the end device of the Website User and obtains access to them is the website owner.
  3. The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about the users of the website or to track their navigation. Cookies used on the website do not store any personal data or other information collected from users and are used for statistical purposes.
  4. By default, the software used to browse websites (browser) allows cookies to be handled on the User's device on which it is running. In most cases, the software in this regard can be configured independently, including, among other things, forcing automatic blocking or deleting of already saved cookies. Issues related to the configuration of the method of handling cookies can be found in the software settings (internet browser). It should be noted that setting restrictions in relation to the handling of cookies or their deletion may affect the operation of some functionalities of the service.
  5. Cookies are used to:
    • adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Website User and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
    • creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    • maintaining the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;
  6. The Service uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies". "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (internet browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  7. The Website uses the following types of cookies:
    • a. "necessary" cookies enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication on the Website;
    • b. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the scope of authentication within the Service; ◦"performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the web pages of the Service are used;
    • c. "functional" cookies, which enable "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalising the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;

In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws No. 171, item 1800, as amended), the Data Administrator informs that the methods of using and deleting cookies are included in the instructions of the manufacturers of Internet browsers:
