Schedules
If you have clients in your work that you visit cyclically, i.e. daily, once a week/once a month, etc., then the Routimo schedule comes in handy, allowing you to easily set an individual visit schedule. To create a visit schedule for a given project, you need to edit the project card and then the route settings. Then, for [Visit schedule], select [YES] and then [Edit schedule].
When defining a schedule, you can enter a name, use the drop-down list to specify the time period that the schedule should cover (Day, Week, Month, Project). You can also specify how often a visit to a point should take place in a given period, and select the available days of the week on which the visits should take place from the list. Additionally, within the first visit, you can specify the minimum and maximum number of days for the first visit (i.e. specify the time period in which the first visit will be planned in the schedule). By specifying the minimum and maximum interval from the last visit, the system will be able to schedule the next visit at the appropriate time. The new period parameter specifies whether in the second and subsequent schedule periods, the first visit in the new period should be planned taking into account the period for the first visit or the interval from the last visit.
If you want selected Clients to be visited on [First Monday of the month] and the next ones [Once a month] and for this situation to repeat every Monday and the next ones [Once a month] only on Wednesday, the schedule settings should look like this:

To use the established schedules in the project, you need to go to the Points tab and then in the schedules column, assign a given schedule to a point by selecting it from the list of available ones and generate a route.

Once the route has been generated, the set schedules will be visible in the route calendar in the project card.
