How to plan work on holidays or add

extra days off from work?


In the calendar, holidays are highlighted in blue with the name of the holiday. By default, such days are omitted when planning routes. You can change this in the account settings or project settings using the option [Planning routes for holidays].

You can freely edit non-working days – delete existing ones or add your own – both default for the entire account and at the level of individual projects.

To add a new day off, go to [Settings] and then select [Edit days] next to the [Holiday route planning] option.

A calendar will be displayed. By checking or unchecking the box in the lower right corner of the day box, we can decide whether a given day is a non-working day or not.

In the first case, holidays will apply to all projects, in the second case – only to the selected one. It is worth remembering that when editing non-working days within a project, you can only change days within the project's time frame.
