To use the function, enter some necessary information. To do this, go to the [Mobile users] list, set the employee's hourly rate. This cost can also be entered permanently in the service database and set as default. However, if you enter a value in the [Rate/hour] field, this value will be used in calculations.

Then go to [Vehicle Database] and enter [Fuel Type], to choose from:
- Gas,
- Diesel,
- Autogas,

[Average consumption per 100km] and [Cost per 1km] – this cost defines the cost of driving 1km in a given vehicle. It can be the price of fuel, depreciation cost, leasing cost, etc. The value of [Cost per 1km] can also be entered in the database and set as default. However, if you set the value in the [Edit vehicle] form, this value will be taken into account instead of the default
CO2 exhaust emissions
For the Emissions calculation function, for a given vehicle it will be possible to enter data on the type of fuel and its [Average consumption per 100 km] and [Cost of driving 1 km]. Entering this data will allow you to calculate the approximate costs on the planned route and the estimated exhaust emissions. Exhaust emissions are calculated as the product of [Average consumption per 100 km] on the route and the CO2 emission factor for the selected fuel type. The CO2 emission factor will be entered in the database and it will be the default value, not edited in the program forms.
To view the individual values that make up your route, you can download the report, which is located in the [Project] tab. After clicking on the selected route, click the "download" icon.
