Questionnaire
This functionality allows you to define a set of questions that the driver will be able to answer while carrying out the task.
A questionnaire is an effective analytical tool that allows you to obtain important data to better understand the area being studied. It allows you to obtain specific data that can be used for analysis and making appropriate decisions.
Questions will initially be defined only for service purposes – please contact the service via the contact form.
Description of questions:
1. Integer (with the possibility of specifying a range from - to)
Example question: Please enter the number of delivered parcels in pcs (from 1 to 100)
Answer example: "25"
2. Floating point number (with the possibility of specifying a range from - to)
Example question: "Please provide the weight of the shipment"
Answer example: "25,5"
3. Date
Question example: "Please provide a delivery date"
Answer example: (selecting a date from the calendar)
4. Time
Question example: "Please provide a delivery time"
Answer example: (selecting the time from the clock)
5. Logical
Question example: "Are you satisfied with our company's services?" (Yes, No)
Answer example: "Yes"
6. Text (with the ability to specify a minimum and maximum length range)
Example of a question: "If you have any comments regarding the services provided, please describe them"
Sample response: "I have no comments"
7. Multiple choice list
Example of a question: "Why do you use our company's services? (Fast delivery time, Affordable price, Professional service)
Answer example:
- "Fast delivery time",
- "Affordable price",
– "Professional service."
8. Multiple choice list
Question example: “Would you use our services again?” (Yes, No, I will think about it)
Answer example: "Yes"

Examples of answering questions



Some questions have a pink star next to them, which indicates a required question that we cannot skip. Other questions do not need to be answered.

It is also possible to set the display of questions depending on the type of points, including:
Show question at the beginning of the route?
Show question when picking up?
Show question upon delivery?
Show question at the end of the route?
Answers to Questionnaires can be found in the Routimo Management Panel on the [Dashboard] or in [Events] by clicking on the questionnaire icon.

In the [Reports] / [Questionnaire] tab, it is possible to analyze all answers to questions by checking the frequency of the same answers. They are visualized in the form of a pie chart and a table.
The report allows you to narrow down the analyzed responses in terms of: [Date], [Projects], [Mobile users], [Routes], [Vehicle types]. The finished report can be exported to a PDF/Excel file.
