Payments

Routimo supports electronic payments via the Przelewy24 platform, traditional - transfer to a specified bank account based on an order generated in Routimo and automatic electronic recurring payment. One order for subscription renewal is active at any time. When you pay or change the account configuration (change the number of licenses or package), a new order is automatically generated. In the demo version, you will receive two emails (1 and 3 days before the account expires) reminding you about the expiration of the free account and the possibility of paying for the next period of use. In other cases, such emails are sent 1, 3 and 7 days earlier. The email contains a link to Przelewy24 electronic payments. After payment, the subscription period is automatically extended by another billing period (1 month). The order may also include an increase in the number of licenses and/or package immediately. In such a case, the order amount includes only the difference (surcharge) to the set you have, proportionally to the number of days remaining until the last day of the account validity.

Current configuration

There you will find information about the number of vehicles, information about the purchased package, subscription type (monthly or annual) and account validity.
You can edit the configuration using the [Edit] button. Then you can change the license, change the subscription (monthly or annual), change the "Standard" or "Professional" package. You can also set the mode of introducing changes, i.e. from the new billing period or immediately (whereas reducing the number of licenses and the package is only available from that billing period.
After the change, everything will be visible in [Order Summary]. From there you can select [Pay] and then you will be redirected to payment or selecting [Place Order].
If you don't want to make any changes just press [Cancel].
There is also a [Price List] available in the lower left corner.

Next payment

In which you can find information about the payment, i.e. [To be paid], [Payment for the period] and information [Your payment] displays data on the number of vehicles and the active package.
Payment can be made by clicking [Pay] – it will redirect you to the bank. [Save order] – it will generate a document in pdf format.
After clicking on [Price List] you will be redirected to the page https://routimo.com/cennik/ and after clicking on [Regulations] to the page with the service regulations https://routimo.com/regulamin/.

Payment method

That is, the settings for automatic electronic recurring payments. When you click [Add], you will be redirected to the przelewy24.pl website where you will be able to add your payment card, from which you will be able to make periodic payments for packages, licenses and additional modules enabled.
