Tracking your shipment


Tracking the shipment is a function that allows you to display information about the status of the task in the form of a website - without having to log in to the Routimo service. In combination with e-mail and/or SMS notifications, it gives you the ability to inform the Customer what is happening with their shipment.

To use the tracking function, you must have the [Notifications] module active. The customer will receive a link to track the shipment via e-mail and/or SMS if you include [TRACKING_ADDRESS] in the notification content by clicking [Insert TAG]. More about the settings in Customer notifications.

After clicking on the link in the email and/or SMS message, the Customer will see the following page.
