Creating a vehicle database
[Vehicle Database] is a place where you can quickly add a vehicle or vehicles either manually, i.e. by entering each vehicle separately via [Add vehicle] or by selecting the [Upload from file] option. Both options are explained in detail in Step 2 of the chapter [Route planning]. From here you can also see how many and what vehicles have been entered. The database contains information about a given vehicle, i.e. its name, color (the ability to choose the color of the vehicle and the route displayed on the map), street, house number, postal code, city, geocoding accuracy, phone number (driver), start time, end time, work time limit, comment, type, capacity, load capacity, maximum route length and region (detailed in the [Regions] register).
You can edit the data of each vehicle in bulk by selecting/marking the vehicles you want to edit and then clicking the green button and selecting the appropriate command from the list: [Edit selected] or [Edit all]. In the same way, you can also delete selected vehicles or delete all vehicles from the database.

If you want to make changes to a specific vehicle, you have the following options at your disposal: [Show on the map], [Edit location on the map] - this option allows you to manually locate a point on the map, [Delete] - deleting the vehicle, [Edit] - which opens a window with vehicle data allowing you to change them, [Copy] - copying a given vehicle and [Generate QR code] for the mobile application.
When adding or editing a vehicle, the required fields are displayed: name and city.
