Creating a points database

[Points Database] is a collection of all addresses entered into Routimo, both added directly from the Points Database and added directly to the project. To assign points from the Points Database to the project, you can use the [Add from Database] button in the [Points] tab on the project.
You can also add points from the [Point Database] level to an already created project. To do this, you can check the selected points using the checkbox and under the point register, expand the arrow next to the [Edit selected] button and choose [Assign to project]. A list of active projects (if any have already been created) to which you can assign the selected points will be displayed.
As in the case of a project, you can add points to the Points Database manually using the form – [Add point] button, uploaded from a file in the appropriate format [Upload from file] and downloaded from the calendar or baselinker [Download from] in the case of purchasing additional integration, e.g. from the Google calendar.
To enter points manually [Add point], fill in at least all required fields in the displayed form. To correctly mark the point on the map, indicate the exact address or search for the address using the field with the magnifying glass. Additionally, in the form for adding a point, you can specify:
To enter points from a file [Upload from file] download the points form from the [Download form] drop-down list and fill in the data according to the column descriptions. After loading the file, a screen with column mapping will be displayed. If the data is entered correctly into the form, all columns should be mapped automatically. Select the [Confirm] button.

[Name] – add an easy-to-recognize name for the point. This name will be displayed in the [Points Database] tab

[Client] - enter customer name

[Phone number], [Email address], [customer's tax identification number]

[Mute notifications] – enabling this option will prevent any notifications from being sent to the given point Notifications

[Schedule of visits] – the list will expand if at least one schedule has already been defined. You must first define it by creating a new project or editing an existing project in the [Projects] tab, select the project and in the edit in the [Projects Card] you should select "Yes" in the [Visit schedules] and click the pencil icon. A more detailed description can be found in the [Projects] tab. Schedules

[Comment] – this is an information field also displayed to the driver, e.g. step-by-step instructions for finding a location or detailed information about the shipment;

[Remarks]– this is an information field not visible at the mobile application level

[Expected completion date] – specifies the expected date of the visit to the point, the point will not be planned on the route if the project date does not coincide with this arrangement

Address details – [Street], [House number], [Apartment number], [Postal code], [City], [Country]

[Region] – If your company has multiple branches performing tasks in their areas of operation, you can use the regions function, which will automatically assign tasks to the appropriate branch of your company. By creating a route for a given region, you can be sure that the driver will only move in the area to which he is assigned. Defining a selected area as a region is possible in the [Regions] tab. More information in Regions

[Completion time] – specify if the execution time at a given point is different from the others, this function is taken into account if [Individual visit time] is set to "YES" in the [Project]

[Priority] – specify whether the point should be planned first if it is not possible to plan all points in the project. The priorities in the project settings must be set to "YES". More detailed description  High priority points

[Number of shipments] – determines the number of parcels that a given point issues

[Shipment size] and [Shipment weight] – Specify the size and weight of the shipment if it affects the maximum available payload and vehicle capacity. To be able to enter these parameters, you must select [Vehicle capacity] and [Vehicle capacity] to "Yes" in [Project]/[Edit project]

[Shipment value], [Payment method], [Currency], [Shipment name]

[Vehicle types] – select the vehicle type from the list that will be assigned to the point. They will be visible when [Vehicle types] are specified in the [Vehicle database]. The points will be planned only on vehicles of a specific type if [Vehicle types] in the project settings are set to "YES". A more detailed description can be found in the tab Vehicle types

[Vehicles] – you can permanently link a vehicle to a point. During optimization, the point will be planned only on the route served by the indicated vehicle.

[Time windows] are used to determine at what hours (or days of the week) you can plan the delivery of a shipment to a point. You can specify this information when creating a new point or editing it. Most often, points are available at specific hours or days, so entering a time range will make route planning much easier. A more detailed description can be found in the tab  Time windows

On the right side of the register there are additional icons:
