Photos


Taking photos can be a very important element during the execution of a task. It can be a confirmation of the actual delivery of the package to the recipient and also builds trust with the customer, showing professionalism and care for the best possible service.
The option to attach photos is available in the Professional package or in the Standard package after purchasing the appropriate [Photos] module in the client panel. Enabling the [Photos] module will allow the mobile user to take one photo during the execution of the task (both successfully completed and negatively completed).
In our application there is also the possibility of taking several photos. If you have such a need, contact our service via the contact form or contact us by phone.

To take a photo, go to [Daily plan] in the mobile application, select the point you are currently servicing and start the task. Click on the blue camera icon, take a photo and confirm it with a "tick" or remove it with an "X". If you confirm the photo, you can add another one by clicking the camera icon again, which is now highlighted in green. From here, you can click [Add photo] or [Back]. If you have used up your photo addition limit, only the [Back] tile will appear at the bottom of the screen. After taking photos, you can select one of the two tiles placed below, red [Not completed] or green [Completed]. If for some reason it is not possible to complete the point and you select [Not completed], the photos you have taken will be visible at the point in the mobile application.

After taking photos on the mobile application, you can review them. To do this, go to [Projects] and select [Route]. You will be presented with a page with information about the given route. At the bottom of the screen, in [Events], selected points will appear, which will contain additional comments, photos and captions. To review photos, go to the camera icon, and a photo gallery will be displayed. Photos and captions added to the point will also be visible with the "No implementation" status. You can also view photos by going to the [Events] tab, which displays information about the implementation of all points, including photos, the client's signature, and the content of notes. The next tab with a photo gallery is the [Desktop] tab. There, on the right, there is also a field [Events] with current vehicles on the route and events entered by drivers. These can be notes from completed or rejected visits, attachments - photos or captions. Photos can also be attached to email notifications, so you can also view them by going to the [Notifications]/[History] tab.


You can also download photos by going to the [Events] tab, selecting the points and using the group operations button, choosing "Download" or "Download selected".
