Today, this process takes only a few minutes \u2013 and can be performed by any team member. What has changed? The implementation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/routimo.com\/en\/\">Routimo<\/a> system.   <\/p><hr data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1042\"><h2 data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1107\"> Challenge: limited time, many points, manual planning<\/h2><p data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1107\">At Compact Gaz, there is a very precise schedule: orders are accepted until 10:00 AM, and by 11:00 AM, drivers must be ready to depart. Between these times, there are only 30 minutes to plan routes for six vehicles. This means up to 60 points per day to consider.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1561\">Previously, routes were created manually \u2013 in a spreadsheet, with addresses copied to Google Maps. This work model was inefficient and prone to errors. <\/p><h3 data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1592\">What made planning difficult?<\/h3><ul><li data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1649\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/routimo.com\/5-powodow-dlaczego-google-maps-nie-jest-dobrym-narzedziem-do-planowania-dostaw\/\">Google Maps point limit (max. 10)<\/a>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1707\"><p>the need to create separate route lists for drivers,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1759\"><p>high risk of errors when transcribing data,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1817\"><p>dependence on one or two people who knew the system,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1886\"><p>lack of integration with driver applications \u2013 everything was printed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1937\">Solution: a simple, yet effective system<\/h2><p data-start=\"1939\" data-end=\"2053\">The Compact Gaz team began analyzing available solutions to support route planning. They were looking for a tool that would: <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2081\"><p>be easy to use,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2128\"><p>allow handling many points simultaneously,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2168\"><p>be adaptable to their specific needs,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2227\"><p>eliminate the need for paper documents.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2360\">The choice fell on <strong data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2254\">Routimo<\/strong> \u2013 a system that met all expectations without requiring a revolution in daily operations.<\/p><p data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2360\"><em>&#8220;<strong>We didn&#8217;t need a complicated platform, just a solution that would work immediately. Routimo is exactly that<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> \u2013 says Compact Gaz management.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2571\"> Implementation stage: quick start, full adaptation<\/h2><p data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2715\">The implementation process was express \u2013 lasting 2-3 days. Immediately after launch, the company could abandon Excel and start planning routes in Routimo. <\/p><p data-start=\"2717\" data-end=\"2811\">During use, further needs were identified, which the system addressed:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2814\" data-end=\"2867\"><p>the ability to enter orders along with the client&#8217;s address,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2942\"><p>adapting the driver report to their actual route progression,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2945\" data-end=\"3015\"><p>automatic generation of loading lists in the correct order.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3094\">Routimo, as a platform operating in a <a href=\"https:\/\/routimo.com\/saas-w-logistyce-praktyczne-zastosowanie-na-przykladzie-optymalizatora-tras-routimo\/\">SaaS model<\/a>, proved to be a flexible solution that evolves with the client.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"3101\" data-end=\"3162\"> Result: time savings and greater team independence<\/h2><p data-start=\"3164\" data-end=\"3216\">The effects of the changes appeared immediately:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3220\" data-end=\"3281\"><p>route planning time was reduced from 30-40 minutes to 5-10 minutes,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3284\" data-end=\"3362\"><p>the process can now be carried out by five people, not just a specialized planner,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3365\" data-end=\"3426\"><p>routes are more optimized, <a href=\"https:\/\/routimo.com\/darmowy_ebook\/\">and fuel consumption is lower<\/a>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3500\"><p>drivers no longer need printouts \u2013 all data is available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/routimo.com\/en\/driver-app\/\">mobile application<\/a>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3503\" data-end=\"3561\"><p>the entire process is possible remotely \u2013 only a browser is needed,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3621\"><p>the system allows for analysis and comparison of routes from different days.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"3628\" data-end=\"3648\"> Client comment<\/h2><h2 data-start=\"3628\" data-end=\"3648\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u201c<\/span><em style=\"font-size: 16px;\">We cannot imagine returning to manual planning today. Thanks to Routimo, we have saved a lot of working time and, consequently, money<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u201d &#8211; summarizes Aleksander Jagodzi\u0144ski<\/span><\/h2><h2 data-start=\"3628\" data-end=\"3648\">What we value in this cooperation<\/h2><p data-start=\"3882\" data-end=\"4128\">Compact Gaz emphasizes that Routimo&#8217;s greatest value was its openness to their needs.
