Adding photos and signatures as proof of service completion
The Routimo system provides multiple ways to add additional information to routes that serve as proof of delivery (POD) or proof of service completion.
These include photos, notes, and signatures. Electronic POD digitizes the information collection process, saving time and providing better control over delivery activities.
Photos
The photo feature allows you to take photographs at the task completion location. Each photo has encoded location information, so you can verify where it was taken and by which employee.
Additionally, the photo itself serves as proof — information whether, for example, the delivery was delivered to the correct address and at the proper time. This functionality allows for quick resolution of disputed situations with customers.

Electronic Signature
The mobile app for drivers enables collecting electronic signatures on a mobile phone. The signature in this form is then automatically uploaded to the cloud.
This approach eliminates the possibility of losing or damaging documents and reduces administrative costs associated with manually filling out and printing forms.
Notes can be added to each task on the route or to a specific customer. In the form of a brief description, the driver or coordinator can add important information.
