Photo & Signature Proof of Service Completion
Routimo’s route planning and optimization system lets you add supporting information to each route, providing proof of delivery (POD) or confirmation that a service has been completed.
These include photos, notes, and signatures. Electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) digitizes the information collection process, saving time and giving you greater visibility and control over delivery operations.
Photos
The photo feature lets users take pictures directly at the task location. Each photo includes location data, so you can see exactly where it was taken and which employee took it.
The photo itself also serves as proof that a delivery was made to the correct address and at the right time. This makes it easier to quickly resolve any disputes with customers.

Electronic Signature
The Routimo mobile app lets drivers collect electronic signatures directly on their phones. Once captured, each signature is automatically uploaded to the cloud.
